Richard and Carl talk about their experiences with fasting. You should always consult your doctor before starting a fast. That said, both Carl and Richard had great experiences with fasting. It's not what you think. It's much better. Eratta Richard mentioned that his regular glucose is 5.2 mmol/l and incorrectly converted that to 80 mg/dl which is incorrect. 5.2 mmol/l is actually 93 mg/dl. Well, hi, I'm Carl Franklin in Connecticut in the United States, and I've recently

started a ketogenic diet to take control of my metabolism.

When I started, I was very sick with complications from type 2 diabetes. Within six months of starting a
