| 0:54.0 | It was put out there to discourage people from doing intermittent fasting. |
| 0:58.0 | Now, this conflicts with other studies that shows that doing intermittent fasting does work. |
| 1:03.0 | One, I'll put down below, which shows that you can reduce your visceral fat, |
| 1:07.0 | the stuff around your belly, by 4 to 7%. |
| 1:11.0 | By doing one meal a day. |
| 1:14.0 | So when we have conflicting information, you have two facts that oppose each other. |
| 1:19.0 | And obviously, one can't be a fact based on evidence. |
