Doctor Eric Burg.

0:14.3

He ever feels so tired but you just can't get to sleep and this video I'm going to give

0:19.0

you a couple things to do.

0:20.8

Number one, the obvious one is don't drink any water past seven o'clock.

0:25.9

Drinking a lot of water right before you go to bed, you're just going to get up to

0:28.4

the night and urinate.

0:30.2

0:47.0

excess water through the night.

0:49.2

1:03.4

He got off this carbs when on Keto did intermittent fasting and within a couple of weeks he's

1:07.7

able to sleep through the entire night without getting up one single time.

1:11.8

1:16.2

be tea, could be chocolate, if you're doing too much, that could be the reason why you're

1:20.6

not sleeping.

1:21.9

So I would highly suggest that you only do like one cup of coffee in the morning, about

1:28.2

eight ounces, not a big cup, just a small cup.
