Today's episode, I'm going to tell you all about my insane 72-hour water fast, which doesn't mean that I was fasting from water, as many people reached out to check on my survival. They were like,

hey, 72 hours without water, that's like the maximum amount that you can survive. And I was like,

no, water fast meaning just water. I don't know if I butchered that or what, but apparently a lot of people were confused.

So I'm going to tell you about my experience, why I did it, if I would do it again, all the juicy

details. And then there's also something that I still feel like is grossly misunderstood when it

comes to your metabolism and its ability to willingly let go of body fat.

We get it backwards.

I want to explain, and it's kind of related to my fast, I want to explain like what's happening

when you are constantly pushing low calories and trying to just eat less and move more,

just really understanding the metabolic effect and why as a long-term strategy, just always playing the eat less, move more card is
