What is going on, everybody? Welcome back to the Mind Over Macros podcast. As always, I am your host,

Mike Milner, and we're here for another episode of the coach's compass. I'm just going to say it

straight up, I'm struggling this week in a number of ways. This has been a rough week.

I feel like I am just behind on everything. And then at the same time,

I feel like I've done more this week than like any other week.

I've been super productive and also feel like I cannot make any progress.

I don't know if you've had those moments or you look back and you're like,

I have done, literally haven't stopped working. I've only gotten to the gym twice and I've been

nonstop. And even like I did a 72 hour fast with just water. Because apparently when you say

water fast, people think that you're fasting from water and

they, and you get a lot of messages about people from people who are concerned that you're

going to die from dehydration.

I'm saying water fast.

I thought water fast was, you know, meant only water, which is what I did, only water.

So anyway, but I didn't even have to waste time for meals.

Like normally I'm eating meals throughout the day, so that takes up time, and didn't even have that for three days out of this week.

But yet, so I was super productive and yet I still feel like I just got nothing done and there's still so much to do.

And man, it's crazy.
