You know, there's this thing where I never feel that alone.

Like I don't go through moments or stages where I just feel alone.

And I think it's because I recognize that family is frequency and understand.

I feel deep connections all around me.

Even sometimes passing through a grocery store and having a conversation with the clerk,

you know, sometimes those are moments for intimacy in a way.

It may sound weird, but it is, you know, to have random encounters throughout the day

where two people have no idea who each other are,

but they have a moment of connection.

I love those.

You know, family's frequency, like a lot of people who messaged me and they say,

yo, I resonated so much with what you said.

Like, how did you know what I need?

And I'm like, well, family's frequency, right?

Like we all traveling on a frequency with one another.

And that's why I remind myself that we are never truly alone in this road,

even when we feel alone.

Family's frequency.

And I truly believe in that.

You know, I believe we have the opportunity to create family-like connections

throughout our whole life.

You know, some of us may feel foreign in our own families.
