I am so excited that you're here because, as you know,

we're going into the holiday season which means a lot of

family gatherings and of course that's great to get to spend quality time with people that

we love I love the holidays, but sometimes we can get anxious or

proactively stressed out of knowing that we're going into a season where we're going

to be around certain family members that maybe trigger us or

we're going to be spending an extended amount of time with people that we love but have different

habits or views on the world than us.

And sometimes because we worry so much about this before we even get there,

we're in a reactive state when we're actually there.

So I want to talk about this today and dive into it a little bit more. I want to talk

about releasing expectations specifically. Two ways that I think we've got a lot of expectations.
