Today's episode is going to be so impactful and it's a

really important message that I want to share with you today that I hope so

badly you can help me spread. I'm actually coming out to you after losing a really incredible friend of mine to

stage 3 ovarian cancer this past Friday. The Friday after Thanksgiving I'm

recording this episode on Saturday and my friend's name is Brittany Crosby

you might have actually heard her on this podcast I had her come on back in May

for episode 48 and I'll link it in the show notes if you haven't heard it it's so powerful

and maybe if we are connected on social media you've seen me talking about her story and

how much she's impacted me and how just honestly devastating this loss has been.

And it's hard to fathom, even in the beginning of her journey,

she was 27 years old when she was diagnosed with stage

for ovarian cancer.
