Hey there, my friends. Welcome to the morning mindset once again. Did you know the scripture

guarantees that there will be false teachers among us? We're going to look into that today in

2 Peter chapter 2 verses 1 through 3 in our efforts to get our minds aligned with the truth of God's word for this day.

And I wonder, friends, when's the last time you told somebody about the morning mindset?

If you listen regularly and it's doing good in your life, why wouldn't you want to pass that on to someone else?

All right, friends, we're going to dig into 2nd Peter chapter 2, 1 through 3 to understand how false teachers are going to come among us. And before we do, I would like to invite you to pray

All right, friends, 2 Peter 2, 1 through 3.

Peter is describing how prophecy comes about, how true prophecy comes through the

Holy Spirit. And he says, but false prophets also arose among the people. Now, he's talking about

back in Israel's history, just as there will be false teachers among you. So pause there and

think about that. There will be false teachers among you and I.

So that means we need to be discerning. We need to figure out when we're listening to a false teacher and when

we're not so that we can avoid listening to the false teachers. And here's what he says they will do,

who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the master who bought them.
