Now, sit down or lie down comfortably and we will begin.

And Fall asleep soundly. A guided meditation to help you fall asleep, soundly, simply and restartively.

Before we start, create, find, go to a safe place, a place in which you can sit or lie comfortably.

Ideally because the purpose of this meditation is your sleep I suggest your bed. When you're ready, when you're ready and you're feeling comfortable and secure, we will begin.
