I say this with a little hesitation because I know it annoys people, but in my view,

belief is a cover-up for insecurity. If I asked you, do you believe in electricity, you would say, that's a silly question. I use electricity to listen to this podcast. Today we can't even survive without electricity.

Or if I asked you, do you believe in gravity?

If something is real, you don't need to believe in it. You need to experience it and

understand it and know it. That's why belief is not necessarily a good thing because it can anchor you into a system of thought that may not be true, that may be only partially true, that may be only partially true, that may be a myth. In fact, in my view, most
