religion and spirituality are often associated with the practice of traditions.

Now I have also used the phrase wisdom traditions which is important to understand as well.

Today we take a moment to explore this further.

When I use the word wisdom traditions I'm using that synonymously with the teachings that come to us from the great sages and geniuses of all time.

I call them the Einstines of consciousness.

And this includes everyone from Plato to Socrates to

the great Western philosophers to the sages of the upanishads to people like Lautzu and Buddha and all the great philosophers of the East, some of the

prophets of the

old testament. So wisdom traditions is just a phrase that looks at all the

insight and knowledge and wisdom that has come to us through the luminaries of all times

in all cultures, in all locations, in the tradition of human civilization and the passing on of knowledge and wisdom

through the ages.

Now wisdom, spirituality and religion are fluid and they adapt depending on how the world evolves as well.

Does technology have any role in the evolution of our spiritual intelligence?

I would say yes technology can give us the means to self-reflect, to engage in meditation and mindful awareness.

Technology can also give us tools through virtual reality and immersive dreamscapes and

immersive augmented experiences to give us insight into the nature of our minds.

In fact, I've done a VR meditation on the experiences of the Buddha, which is called finding your true self and you can find it on the internet if you care to look for it.

But as we move into the future, self-reflection,

expanding our sensory experiences, creating new realities for ourselves,

triggering our imagination, helping us gain insight,
