What's up, what's up? Incredible, loved and valued people. I am so thankful for your life,

and I am so thankful for the gift that God has given me of getting to open up his word with you

and welcome you to the compelled podcast. My name is

MMA and before pressing record and while praying over our time together, I just had Isaiah

55 so impressed on my heart. And in that passage, it's talking about how just as the rain falls from the heavens, it does not return back until providing nourishment and causing budding and flourishing among the earth.

And God's word is that way.

That just as that takes place, so is God's word where he does not send out his word and it returns back to him void. No, he sends out his

word and it fulfills the purpose for which he sent it. And so whether we have feelings of

excitement today or we are finding ourselves with ease going through the motions, our feelings

ebb and flow, but God's word is worthy of us trembling

before Him. God's word is worthy of our anticipation. And so wherever you find yourself today,

let's approach God's word with eagerness, with expectancy, because His word does not return void.

His word fulfills the purpose for which He sent it.

And He has a purpose of transforming us by the renewing of our minds.

His Word has the purpose of encouraging us.

His Word has the purpose of guiding us.

His Word has the purpose of equipping us to live compelled by the love of Christ.

And so let's lean in because

his word fulfills the mission which he sent it. I am going to get just right to it that friend,

this episode today is for you who are facing something that feels impossible. You have a task or a responsibility in front of you that is

causing you to grow weary. It's making you feel overwhelmed as you look at what's ahead,
