And it was so special, so sweet, full of quality time together as a family. And it was a refreshment to change our pace, change our rhythm, but is also such a gift to be back. Today we are

talking about being in college, going into college. Maybe you are wrapping up college and preparing

for post grad. And this conversation can be exciting and full of like these are the what I'm doing today is I'm

answering questions that were sent in um but so like it can be exciting to just talk through all

the questions and get giddy on what it's going to be like and how or how we're going to finish

the next semester. But it can also be full of anxiety. It can be full of fear as it holds a lot of

unknowns, as it holds a lot of change, as it holds some complexities from relationships to balancing

a lot of different responsibilities.

And so before we get into any of it, I just really want to encourage you today to take a deep
