struggle doing this. And it's admitting when, not when I'm doing something wrong, but just being

reflective. I don't know what I'm trying to say. But the title of this episode is exposing myself.

And that's exactly what I'm going to do. I want to share with you guys the things

that I have reflected on and just really notice that I need to change and I need to stop doing them.

And I think the best way to do that is to be honest with yourself and really look at your life

and think, what am I doing that isn't adding to my life anymore?

And even if at one point it was adding to my life, it might not be anymore.

You know, we have to evolve.

And if we're constantly trying to reach higher goals and setting fitness goals and relationship

goals, personal growth goals, career goals, every different type of topic, we are going to have to

grow, evolve, change, and reevaluate. That's just how it is in life. And if you want to be

successful, you need to get good at admitting when you're doing something that isn't working

episode. Might embarrass myself a little bit, but that's okay because we're all friends here

and I'm excited to get into it. But of course, we need to start the episode off with the best

everyone needs to try waking up at 5 a.m. It is a very daunting habit. And I was seeing so many

people do it on TikTok and the waking up at 5 a.m. trend was going around on YouTube for a while.
