| 0:38.2 | is the hippocampus this is the part of brain that is in control of spatial navigation or |

| 1:08.3 | So let's one tiny thing that the hippocampus does but it does other things too related |

| 1:16.6 | Now the hippocampus is one of the few areas of the brain that can regenerate. |
| 1:23.2 | Most of the brain cannot regenerate but the hippocampus can and that's involved with |

| 1:29.8 | All right and then we have an increase in BD and F in hippocampus it stands for brain |
| 1:35.2 | derived neurotrophic factors and that's the thing that helps regrow the brain. |
