You know, we are dealing with, so right now,

we've got the coronavirus situation going on

and there's a lot of stress

uncertainty and it would be very easy and understandable to use all of those

reasons as an excuse or as an out to not take care of yourself, right, to let your

nutrition slide, you know, to let your training slide. A lot of us don't have access to a gym

right now, so it's easy to just say, well, I can't work out and I'm stressed.

I don't know what's going to happen.

I'm not in my normal routine.

You know, I'm panicked. I don't know what to do, so I'm not going to eat well.

And then it's like by the end of the week, you're just so fed up that you want to, you know,

have a bunch of drinks and eat a bunch of food and just kind of drown your

sorrows in that type of a way and and honestly there's nothing wrong with that you
