Hello everyone and welcome to the evolve with Emily show. I'm your host, Emily Hayden,

0:17.8

and you are joining me for a solo episode today. I have a lot of different things

0:22.9

that I want to share with you guys. So to me, it kind of feels like a very random podcast. I quite

0:27.7

literally have three different books on top of my table that I have here. And there's just

0:33.7

different things that I want to share. So I kind of want to give you a little bit of an update on just me, some things that I've been experiencing, and then just share some of the

0:40.8

things that I've been reading that I feel like have really just impacted me in a positive way.

0:45.5

And maybe not everything here will help you, but maybe one thing from one book will really speak to

0:51.1

you. So what I like to do at the beginning of every single month is I have

0:56.0

this calendar that is on my fridge downstairs and it's a little like whiteboard type of calendar.

1:00.9

So I love it because every single month at the beginning of the month, I wipe the last month off.

1:05.5

It's gone. It's in the past. We're letting it go. And we're moving forward with a fresh perspective

1:10.1

and a fresh opportunity to do a

1:12.0

great job for the whole month. And by doing a great job, I just mean just showing up for yourself

1:16.5

fully and making sure that your intentions are matching your actions. This is something that we talk

1:22.1

about a ton in my EvolveX program, also my Evolvex worldwide mentorship program, just about, you know,

1:28.9

taking each month as that kind of using that new year energy where everyone gets really excited

1:34.2

for the new year, but utilizing that every single month and often every time, every day too.

1:41.3

So like I said, what I do is I write out everything on the calendar. So I write out

1:46.4

all of the big things. So for me, the things that I'll write on my calendar are either little

1:51.7

dates that I'll have. Like I took my stepmom out to dinner. So I would put that on there or my

1:57.5

sister had a date with her. My dates are my family right now. Just

2:01.7

FYI, there's a little peek in my love life. I'm dating my family and Jesus. So I'll put

...
