Justin is a behavioral coach, nutritionist and Personal Trainer. He discovered one day that he was missing peace in his life and often felt anxious during down time. This led to his journey of stillness through breath work, meditation, DMT ceremonies with a Shaman, ego death, and finding God. Justin Novato. Justin, welcome to the show. Thanks for having me. Of course. Honestly, everyone loved

0:27.9

our last show so much that I was like, man, I got to get back in here now that we're doing like

0:32.8

the studio show. Yeah. So thank you for spending time with me on a Friday night. Yeah, happy to be here.

0:38.3

It's a pretty cool studio. I like it. Yeah, thanks. I like it. So we were just talking before we

0:43.1

started about how you've been learning a lot recently and you've been on this kind of like

0:47.9

exponential path of growth. What's something that stands out to you that is, do you have like

0:53.6

one of the biggest lessons

0:54.5

that you've learned recently for yourself? Yeah, it's definitely stillness. It's been like a broken

1:00.1

record for me and especially in my social media. I've been preaching stillness, I think,

1:04.7

for the past. I mean, for a while, but really implementing it myself religiously now. And it's

1:10.7

made a substantial difference in

1:12.2

absolutely everything. And when I went to Tulum, I actually realized how much I wasn't being still.

1:19.4

Oh, really? Yeah. Even though it was already on your mind, you felt like...

1:23.3

It was definitely on my mind because about a month before I went to Tulum, I was feeling a little

1:29.6

bit anxious, especially in my downtime. And I was even telling my wife where I felt like I was

1:35.3

missing something. And I'm an extrovert. I'm always out helping people and serving my community.

1:42.9

But I was feeling like something was missing.

1:46.2

And then I was kind of like touching up on it before I even went to Tulum.

1:49.4

And I was like, I put it in terms of peace.

1:51.6

I was like missing some type of peace in my life or, you know, nature or something where
