Hello everyone and welcome to the Evolve with the Emily Show.

And for today's episode, I kind of just want to take you guys through some of the things that have really helped me with my thinking, my perception, my opinions, my beliefs on everything that's been going on

within the last, you know, week or so. If you guys listened to my last podcast, then on that

podcast, we talked about, you know, the real world life events that are happening, the protests

happening in the world right now. So wherever you're listening from, I hope that, one, you

listen to that one first, because we talked about all of those things. We talked about racism.

We talked about, I shared a really free guide, a really good

free guide with you guys, um, on that. And we just, we covered a lot of those topics. It was about

But for today, I actually want to direct you guys to another podcast. Um, so Andy Fressella has a

podcast called Real AF. And, uh and it's himself and a few other people

on the show, you know, Sal Fricela is with them as well. And they have a few people on the show and

they talk about all of these things. And in the most recent episode, I believe it's called

Your Truth, My Truth, and The Truth. They do such an

incredible job of breaking down the timeline of everything that's been happening in the world.

And I, oh man, it was so good and I'm taking time to talk about it on my podcast because I think

that they did such an incredible job of talking about

all of these world events. And you can just imagine all of these things as dots on a graph.
