Hello, hello, everyone, and welcome to Evolve with the Emily Show. I'm your host, Emily Hayden. And I'm really excited to do this solo episode with you guys today. It's been a couple of weeks

since I've done a solo episode. Previously, we have just wrapped up the inspired by you series

where I took some time to interview you, the listeners, so that I could give you guys a platform

to share your story. And that series has now come to a close. Thank you so much to all of my incredible guests.

I loved doing that. I loved giving you guys that space to share your story. And I've gotten so

many messages about how impactful those episodes were. So thank you guys again from the bottom

of my heart. Now, for today's episode, I actually, I just want to honestly just sit and have time to chat with you guys.

You know, I'm showing up on Instagram every day. I'm on my YouTube. I post videos once a week on

YouTube. And with my podcast, this is the time when I actually really get to get a message out to you guys.

And I do have a good message

planned for today, just something that I feel is on my heart to share with you. But before we get

into that, I feel like I just want to talk to you guys about kind of the world and what's going on

right now. So as you guys know, we've been in this quarantine situation, in the COVID-19 pandemic

situation. And man, it's just progressed so much since the beginning. And at each new stage,

you know, we had to figure out what was going on and adapt and make changes. And, you know,

went from, I remember the first time that I saw a video from over in

Wonghoo, wherever it was, where people were freaking out about this virus. And I remember seeing

the video on Instagram and I was like, whoa, that's, that's kind of crazy, you know? And then

it transpired and then it hit Italy. And then it just, it kept going and going. And then it came here.

And the momentum of how it progressed was crazy. And at each new level, we just kind of had to understand what was going on and adapt. You know, it went from like, okay, you know, working out at the gym. And then, you know, on a Sunday night, they're like, okay, gyms are closed. So the next day we're like, okay, I guess I'll work out at the beach. And then they're like,

no, don't work out at all. If you cannot work, you know, if you, if you can't work out or if you can,

don't work out, you know. And it just, it was just kind of weird and crazy. And we're having to adapt to all these new things that they're telling us. And not just adapt, but what we really had to do is trust. And I think,
