Next seminar is going to be August 9th through the 11th, then October 11th through the 13th,

and December 6th through the 8th to round out 2024.

We have a self-sufficient lifter camp September 14th in Wichita Falls.

This covers the squat press, deadlift, how to film yourself, and how to diagnose your own technique.

Press and bench press camp July 20th in Indianapolis,

at Starring Strength Indianapolis.

And then the following are all squat and deadlift camps with spots still available.

July 6th in Costa Mesa at the Strength Co, in notorious Orange County.

July 27th in Tulsa, Oklahoma, it's starting strength Tulsa.

August 3rd in Twin Falls, Idaho. August 17th in the land of the second best whiskey on the planet, Glasgow, Scotland, and then November 2nd in Indianapolis.

Just a reminder, we have a lot of gyms coming online and have just opened up.

We have Miami's open. We have our second location in Boise, Nashville on the books,

Charlotte's set to open soon, Birmingham, Alabama. Make sure you check out starting strength
