Summary
Are you looking for answers outside yourself? Believing others know best or that your own inner knowing isn't enough?
Perhaps you're overly focused on others' opinions and ideas about what you should do or how you should live your life. Or feeling like you can't make decisions without asking for lots of input from others.
Sometimes, we turn to spiritual tools or modalities to try to get answers to our most pressing questions, and to help us make decisions. This is a wonderful thing to do, and we must also be mindful of not giving our power away to these tools or modalities.
In this episode, I address this pattern of looking for answers outside of ourselves, how to identify if you're doing that in your life, and how to begin trusting yourself more.
