Taylor Knibb has been quietly tearing up short course triathlon racing for years, but she has had a big spotlight shining on her lately as she won silver in the Tokyo Olympic relay event, and then beat IRONMAN World Champion Daniela Ryf in their Collins Cup match-up last month.
