stressed, everything starts to feel like it needs to happen right now? Well, urgency is often

anxiety wearing a disguise. I'm going to say that again. Urgency is often anxiety, wearing a disguise.

When everything feels urgent, usually nothing really is.

Your overwhelmed nervous system can't tell the difference between a deadline and a tiger,

but you can.

So throughout your day, ask yourself this.

What feels urgent?

That's actually just anxiety asking me to rush.

What a great way to start this morning off.
