Instagram and let's get into today's topic. And this is something that I deal with on a very

consistent basis. So I'm going to focus today on everybody who thinks that they have ADHD.

And I think there's definitely a shift happening.

People are more distracted than ever.

They're more overwhelmed, more mental exhaustion.

And instead of asking why, we've started just assigning labels.

I think I have ADHD.

And I get that multiple times, multiple times a week.

Sometimes that's accurate,

but I think more often it's a conclusion that is reached way too quickly

and based on too little information in a world that kind of rewards speed over, because I think what's happened is we've taken something deeply complex and neurologically based, you know, how the brain regulates attention, processes information, manages effort, and we've basically reduced it to something that people

feel comfortable diagnosing in themselves in under a minute.

That's not awareness.

That's complete oversimplification.
