Hi everyone. Welcome to another episode of the Let's Talk Yoga podcast. I hope you are doing well and that your year has gotten off to a good start. To be very honest, I feel like I've been in a days for the past few months. As all of you know, I have been in a season of immersive yoga teacher trainings and study programs. I have three

0:24.5

running at the same time, which is not something I do. But because I had my ACL tone and

0:30.5

reconstructed last year and was in pretty intense rehabilitative therapy for a long time,

0:35.8

I ended up having to really squeeze things in towards

0:39.1

the end of the year. And usually the end of the year is pretty exhausting. But so I've been in this

0:44.9

phase where I've been at Aham yoga six days a week, been in Bollyworks, my dance studio many times a

1:22.1

coming towards the mid and end of January, I have more guest scheduled. And you should have

1:27.1

newer episodes dropping without

1:29.5

these gaps. I just wanted to tell you what's going on. So you don't feel like this podcast is slowing

1:36.2

down. It is not. It's just that I am in this crazy busy season. And I've said this to you before.

1:42.6

I will not drop an episode for the sake of dropping one.

1:45.9

I want to make sure that when you are in here it is an immersive learning experience for you

1:50.6

and it feels like you are actually developing as a yoga practitioner as a student and as a teacher

1:57.7

of yoga. So because I've been in this really overwhelming season, I have been
