I just got more and more in spasm and less and less able to move.

And one night I went to bed and I had this very vivid dream.

I was pitching an article to my friend Whalen who runs elephant journal, and in this dream,

he wasn't buying it. Before I walk out the door, I turn around and say, well, there is something I could

write about. And dream, Wayland, says to me, well, what's that? And I said, well, the fact that

desicature has dementia and no one's talking about it.

And I wake up, I'm still in spasm, and I completely remember the dream.

I crawl out of bed to my computer and I basically type what I said in the dream.

And before I send anything out into the world that I've written, I show it to Lydia, my wonderful partner.

And she reads it and says, you can't send this in.

And I said, why?

And she said, well, because it's full of rage.

She said the word rage.

And it entered into my conscious mind what was going on my back spasm let go it stopped

and i swear to god the first words out of my mouth after she said rage can i curse go ahead sarno he was right

that was the first thought that came to my mind and Fri-Sarno. He was right.

That was the first thought that came to my mind.

And she laughed, and I laughed, and was like, yeah, I guess this stuff really is true.
