I'm sure this has never happened to you, but last night, as Dina and I were sitting on the sofa,

kind of just running through the day and getting ready to play Wordle online, which I've talked about before.

We started to get in this really weird cycle where she said, well, what about this?

And it kind of triggered me. And I said, well, I let you do that, but what about this? Why are you

saying anything about this? And then she kind of responded and I realized, we're stuck in a doom cycle

now. This is not going to go well.

And then kind of together mutually, we put into practice those things we learned at Hope Restored five years ago.

And we just took the off ramp.

I said, let's play Wordle.

And we did.

And the night was salvaged.

But there are moments where I think, why am I being like this?
