I don't think you have to do things for money anymore. Correct. What's up, Laker fans? Welcome to the Laker Film Room podcast. I'm Pete, joined by Darius and Mike. And guys, this is a fun time of year. This is the couple of weeks where most of the team gets put together. Although you could argue a good portion of that was done at last trade deadline.

But Lakers are in a super interesting spot with the 17th pick.

Today, there are three topics that I'd like to cover, kind of three scenarios as we record on the eve of the NBA draft.

One is Lakers keep the 17th pick and kind of where does that guy fit into the larger Lakers

picture, another version where the Lakers trade downakers picture? Another version where the Lakers trade down.

And then another version where the Lakers make a trade for a rotation caliber player.

And so those are, I think, the three most likely scenarios to happen tonight, Dee.

I'd love to hear your thoughts on the draft.

We did a preview with Mike Garcia over the course of this

weekend where we get into a lot of the specifics of the prospects. But today we're going to talk

more like big picture. And where does this draft kind of fit in to the overall plans of the Lakers?
