I'm Pete, joined by Darius and Mike and a special guest.

Lakers completed the 2003 NBA draft, drafting Jalen Hood-Chafino,

and then moving up from 47 to 40 and drafting Maxwell

Lewis picked up Colin Castleton and then Des Moj Hodge as two-way contracts.

And so we're going to talk about that today.

And to talk about the first round pick, Jaylen Hood-Shafino, we have an old buddy.

It's great to have you on, man, this first time as a guest,

and he's the host of Locked on Hoosiers and watched Hood Schofino on a day-to-day basis,

which I think is a totally different experience than watching a guy on highlights or scouting

reports as you right after your favorite team drafted him. So Jacob Rood, welcome to the show, man. Yeah, I'm excited to be on. I was saying beforehand, I didn't really allow myself to think that Jalen was going to go to the Lakers. So it's been a wave of excitement in the kind of hours since he's been drafted by him.
