Welcome back. How is everyone doing? I'm doing well. I'm in my eighth month of pregnancy. I don't know where the

time goes. I can hardly believe it myself. I'm going so hard with the

interview so that I can continue to give you guys amazing content week

after week and I've just been loving these interviews that I've been doing.

Pregnancy is going well. Thank you guys so much for all of the amazing feedback and support and

just love that I got around sharing my gestational diabetes diagnosis and

just how I've had to overhaul and change my whole diet. I met with the nutritionist this week,

and I found out ironically enough that I've gone too far in the other direction and that as a pregnant woman

being in a state of ketosis is not actually that great.

But I was sort of like, you guys told me not to eat carbs or sugar, so I've cut carbs and

sugar. And it seems like I've swung the pendulum too far in the other

direction so now I'm working on getting low glycemic index foods that are still

have some cards in them without spiking my blood sugar.

And if I can do that without medication, I will continue to do that, but I may need to start

taking medication.

everyone's love and support on that topic. Okay, enough about me and my pregnancy. I am so excited for this interview because I really fought for this interview.

Like I was basically stalking Donnie to get her on to this podcast and she is super busy. You guys will

hear her hustle and work ethic but she was like going from movie set to film

set and just did not have time to do a podcast.

She was in Georgia, she was in LA.
