So what I mean by this was trying to escape the noise or literally escape this planet by making himself a sharper

radar, a conduit for the higher-ups, right, so that I could find him.

for us to phone home right? Yeah. And this reminds me of a lot of things that you do, the tiny little joys, all the science behind, you know,

all the exercises, you know, the trauma stuff, the nervous system, all that to me is creating distance.

How are some ways you are creating distance today and by doing so you're tapping into something

greater. You know what I'm trying to do a lot of is to unplug and like not because I think like I've been very overwhelmed to the past couple weeks by like this thing that I call the endless thread which is just like everyone you know is talking to you all the time on an endless

You're not doing a good job of unplugging when 10 minutes ago, MC's like, we do this podcast I know I don't know well and then

she's like alright let's do it and so now she's plugged back in and she's trying
