Summary
Weight regain is a VERY real possabilyt for most people who have a lot of weight to lose. The fact of the matter is that if you don’t come up with a plan to prevent it from happening it probably will. Losing all of the extra weight and “hoping for the best” is not a good idea. Go talk to others who have lost a lot of weight with that thought in mind. Many of them have regained the weight. You must start thinking about weight regaining and how to prevent it NOW.
In this weeks episode I talk about several crucial things that you need to do in order to reduce or eliminate the chances of weight regaining.
