I think she's still in there. According to a probable cause affidavit, Kernan's mom told cops that she

had been involved in a verbal dispute with her daughter who she said had, quote, been drinking

alcohol earlier in the day. During that argument, the woman alleged that Kernan smacked her in the

face and then chucked a pork chop at her. Police on the scene observed food residue on the

victim's left shoulder, which was consistent with her statement that she had been hit with a pork chop.

When questioned by cops, Kernan appeared confused and became emotionally

upset, began screaming and crying, and continued to act uncooperatively. A friend of the victim,

who was present to the residence, recorded video of Kernan striking her mom. So they had it on

tape. She was arrested last year, by the way, for trespassing on a Jensen Beach causeway.

A day after being issued a trespass morning for a physical altercation with another female.

Now, as part of the deferred prosecution agreement, Kernan was ordered to perform 50 hours of community service.
