I'm like, that's such bullshit. And for me, like, that's, I average about like hour 45. And I didn't bring anything with me to the retreat. I didn't have my magnesium or my lunar and I was still getting that deep sleep. I don't know what you guys are doing. You guys are like smoking weed or something I don't know about apparently because Jesus, man. |
