And this podcast is going to be talking about how I do my kill list. And, you know, if the police are out there listening, I'm not actually talking about killing people. I'm talking about killing your day, is what I am talking about, though, you know, killing your day and dominating your day and winning your day. Because that's really what all of this comes down to, no matter what goal you're working towards, it comes down to whether you're in a fitness goal or a business goal or any kind of goal you want to get done.
