What makes the most successful clients? In today's episode of the Eric Roberts Fitness podcast, that's exactly what we will be talking about. And I am joined by my two amazing coaches. Coach Mary, what's going on, Coach Mary? What's going on? Thanks for having me. Of course. Thanks. Thanks for being here. Thanks. I'm going to make sure I get myself discipline and check. So that's first. Coach Mary's here and we have the amazing coach Jenna. How are you doing, Coach Jenna? How are you? So good. Great. I'm doing great. I'm doing wonderful. I'm excited for the podcast today. How are you guys doing? Let's quickly keep talking about the puppy. I think it's just a great way to just start the podcast, Mary. So tell us about

0:38.1

Lincoln. Tell us about how he's doing. Tell us about how he needs more self-discipline. That's how we're

0:41.7

going to start really quickly. Yes, Lincoln is my Black Lab puppy. I've had him for three weeks,

0:47.5

I think today. He turns 12 weeks today. He's a good puppy, but he has a puppy lifestyle and puppy energy.

0:55.5

So I was telling Eric, he's a really good boy, but he's going to go to boarding school for two weeks.

1:00.6

He's leaving actually two weeks from today.

1:03.5

So he'll be 14 weeks when he goes to boarding school.

1:06.8

And the goal is to get him some self-discipline.

1:09.6

That's the main focus.

1:11.5

And I think it'll work. I'm confident. He's a good dog. Yeah. Yeah. I didn't even know they had boarding schools for dogs until you just said that. Like, I know they haven't for kids, but I guess it works the same way for dogs. That's good. Cool. It's two weeks of intense training. And he should come back. What is the training entail, do you know?

1:08.6

Well, everything they told me it entails, he kind of already does. weeks of intense training and he should come back. What is the training entail? Do you know?

1:28.5

Well, everything they told me it entails, he kind of already does. So I'm telling myself that

1:34.1

they're just going to optimize it. Okay. That much better at it when he gets back. Okay. Got it. So it's like

1:39.4

our clients, they know what to do. We just got to help them optimize it. Yeah. And I kind of have the same mindset with the clients, like and with the training. Like I'm like, you know, I want to trust the experts with him. Like I know that he can come out better if he's with the right people. Like I'm not an expert on dog training. So I'm going to send him to the experts and let him, you know, trust the process, get as much out of it as possible.

2:03.7

Let's go. So I have full faith. Okay. Cool. This is, that's great. I'm super stoked. We're going to be checking up on this and I'll make sure to update the pod on how Lincoln's doing after the two weeks. So cool. All right. Well, listen, let's dive in.

1:58.6

So we are again today talking about what our most successful clients have in common.

2:22.4

And I think this can be very beneficial for you listening to just hear what the traits are, what the mindsets are, what the habits, the routines, all of that.

2:31.0

Because that way you can build that yourself, you can, you know, whether you sign up for coaching or not, you can build that in yourself to be one of the most successful clients, maybe in your own, in your own coaching journey if you don't sign up with us.

2:43.1

So we're going to dive right into things.

2:44.6

And the first question, I'll start with you, Coach Jenna, if you don't mind, is what is one mindset or belief you've noticed in your most successful clients that sets them apart from others right from the start?

2:58.4

So we're talking more in the beginning, maybe in the first one, two, three weeks of coaching.

3:02.7

What's one mindset or belief you've noticed?
