looks great. What's up, Soph?

0:29.3

Dude.

0:31.0

Stopped.

0:33.3

What are you on blast?

0:34.6

No real story. I was sitting at a different desk and then I didn didn't realize, like, you could see my entire background, and I live in a studio with a wall in the middle. So you could see my bed. So thanks for putting my dirty laundry laundry out there, Eric. I got you, bro. I got you. How are you today? Dude, I'm great. I'm healed. I'm fully back to no COVID or whatever the fuck that was. That's good. today. Dude, I'm great. I'm healed. I'm fully back to no COVID or whatever the fuck that was.

0:56.1

really quickly, you know what we can talk about? We can talk about metabolic adaptation. And most people think about metabolic adaptation in the negative sense. So like when you go into a calorie deficit, you lose weight, your metabolism slows down a little bit because you're intaking less calories. But people don't realize the same thing goes when you go into, you know,

around like 3,000-ish calories per day to maintain my weight and so and so forth because I want to eat in maintenance. So what I've been doing is just like slowly but surely every week or two, I'm just bumping up. So I went up to like 3,100, 3,200, 33. I'm up to like 3,600 calories and just maintaining my weight, like the same exact one to three pounds. It is just, and I know people are going to be mad at me for that. But it's just, it's, you can say this for, you know, whoever, like, oh, yours is, yours is maybe 1,900, 1,900, 2,400, like, somewhere around there. But I realistically, I can probably work up to like 4,000 calories and still

2:18.7

maintain my weight. It's absurdity. See, I just, okay, like I know what you're talking about.

2:24.2

I just don't really understand it. Like, there has to be a limit, right? There is.
