What is going on, guys? Welcome back to another episode of the Eric Roberts Fitness podcast. I hope that you are having a great day thus far. In this episode, I am going to be calling you out on your BS. I'm going to be calling you out on your excuses. I'm going to do it in a loving and an empathetic way,

for me to do this for you. And I think it's important for me to educate you on the real world impact of

what's happening when you make these excuses for yourself. I need to, I just feel this strong

passion today to highlight the cost of excuses, to highlight the cost of not doing things because of X, Y, and Z.

podcast today and share some of the things that I have personally been going through. And maybe

that's why I feel compelled to do this podcast today because I personally have been making

excuses, taking the easy way out, and I didn't like it. And I was

feeling like shit about myself, to be honest with you. But the past couple of weeks and the past

couple of days even, I've taken some steps to get outside of my comfort zone. I've taken some

steps to stop making the excuses, stop letting the things that were

holding me back, hold me back.

And I feel better.

And so I want the, my goal has always been to just share whatever is going on in my life,

whatever knowledge that I have, share it with you so that you can make your life better.
