Welcome back to another episode of the Eric Roberts Fitness podcast.

I hope that you were having a great day thus far.

I'm having a great day myself.

I just landed back home from Las Vegas about an hour ago. So it's 6 p.m.

My time. I got back home about 5 p.m. came home, unpacked a little bit. Actually, didn't really

unpack, just changed packing. And what I mean by that is on, in two days from now, I'm moving into my new townhouse.

So I'm going to be packing up some stuff for that.

And yeah, I haven't packed anything yet.

So I figured I might as well just put some clothes in that same thing that I took to Vegas and probably start packing.

So I did that.

But nonetheless, we are here, we are back,

and yeah, back on track with everything as well, calorie-wise and calorie deficit-wise. So

really quickly before we dive into the Q&A, you know, just kind of a backstory for those of you

who maybe have not been following along, which if you have not been, I'm not quite sure what you're

doing. But right now, on a calorie deficit, I got about four-ish weeks left of this calorie

deficit. And while I was in Vegas from Saturday until Tuesday, didn't really stay on track,

didn't really hit my calories, didn't count my calories. I hit my

steps because I was walking around Vegas for most of the day. So I did hit my step goal those days.

And I did get my two workouts in, like I said, I was going to get, but definitely did not hit my

calories. And that's okay because I said today, Wednesday, I'm going to get back home. I'm going to get right back on track in my normal routine.

And that is exactly what I am doing.
