right into things which is going to be number one what is the most underutilized or overlooked muscle and i thought this

was an amazing question uh for a couple of reasons i think a lot of people focus on aesthetics a lot of

people focus on getting bigger glutes or bigger biceps or bigger back or more defined shoulders

which is fine like i don don't, there's nothing

inherently wrong with that, but speaking from experience from myself, but also from speaking

from experience coaching other people, if you solely focus on the aesthetics versions and

the aesthetics goals, you're going to end up with either some muscle imbal goals, you're going to end up with either some

muscle imbalances, you're going to end up with injury, you're going to end up with, you know,

overusing specific muscles and underdeveloping other muscles, which can lead to problems in

the long run. And if you get injured, if your knees or your shoulders or whatever, you're not going to be able to train your bolder shoulders that you want to develop. You're not going to be able to train your glutes properly if you're hurting your lower back. So the aesthetics-based goals are what people chase, but within those aesthetics-based goals, you need to be following a program that is

properly designed that is going to use some of these muscles that we're going to talk about

here in a second to prevent from the negative things happening so you can continue to make the

progress you want to see. So for lower body, if I had to pick the number one underutilized muscle

and overlooked muscle, it would by far bar none be your adductors, your ADductors. And these are
