officially two weeks in to the 12-week calorie deficit. And before I get into the updates

and before I get into the progress made, and this is the progress made and this is going to be a really

it'll be a good podcast for you I'm going to talk about my weight and you'll kind of hear about

what my weight did this this past week and I think you'll learn a lot from it but again I just

want to remind you I am two weeks into my calorie deficit and you're going to hear the progress that I have made thus far.

So I just want to ask you, what have you been doing the past two weeks?

And I'm not saying that you need to be making all of this progress.

I understand holidays, traveling, all this stuff.

But what I am trying to tell you is like the two weeks are the next two weeks, the next two weeks after that, all of the time is going to

pass regardless. So what are we waiting for? What are we doing? I want you to start seeing progress.

And I know you want to start seeing progress, but you're not taking action. This is, remember, indecision is a decision. You choosing not to make a decision is you making a decision. You choosing not to take action is a decision you are making. So don't think that like just because like,

oh, I'll wait until this, until this. That's you choosing to make a decision. I chose two weeks

ago to make a decision to do this. And when I say go all in, I'm not meaning being perfect,
