In this episode, myself and my assistant coach, Irene, chat with one of our clubhouse members, Megan.

all these great things, but she also talks about the mentality around actually making yourself and

your goals a priority and actually unapologetically chasing what you want to do, achieving your goals,

being who you are, and just what that feels like. Because again, the weight loss is cool and the

but actually living a life that you enjoy, that you're proud of, where you can wake up every

single day and just be happy, I think that's the most important part.
