In this episode today, it's going to be a little bit of a quick episode, but I just want to talk about the most successful,

I was just, I just got off a phone call of somebody and we were talking about, you know,

maybe why she wasn't being as successful as she had wanted to with her nutrition in particular. And I like to think that I'm

somebody who has more or less been pretty successful with my nutrition for a long period of time.

And I've coached thousands upon thousands of people who, you know, we've gotten them to a point

where now they are also super successful with their nutrition. And I was just thinking about, you know, some of the things I was talking to her about.

And so I'm just going to run through a list of things that come to mind for me when we talk
