What is going on guys? Welcome back to another episode of the AirC Robert's Fitness Podcast. I hope that you were having a great day thus far.

Listen, I just got back from a workout that I did not want to do by any means. I wasn't motivated

to do it. I did not want to do it. I was tired. I knew I wasn't going to have like the best workout ever. I wasn't going to be as strong as I as I normally am. I just I could tell like I've been and maybe maybe you have these kind of days too,

but I could just tell I wasn't having it today.

And so I want to talk about what kind of still got me in there. I want to talk about what I do when I'm having these days because

we're all going to have these days and that's the first part of it like just because I'm the fitness guy and I'm the one who you know I own a business

coaching people and all these things and fitness is my life I still have days where I

wake up and I'm like dude I just don't I don't have it today like I don't want to do it I'm I'm I'm not motivated to do it like I know it's going to be a shit workout but you know I was sitting there in my workout today kind of on like my last set of leg press and I was just thinking and I was like I'm in here

doing this workout and it really it really wasn't like hard for me to get into

the gym and go work out like and but that's the kind of some of the stuff I want to talk about here today because at this point in my journey,

it's not like a, oh man, like am I gonna skip a workout?

It's not even a thought, like I'm going to go in and do the workout. But it's because of the, it's because of the habits I have, it's because of the mindset I take to it. It's because of just like what I've developed over the course of these

years and hopefully I can share some of that with you today on this podcast. So that's the first

part we all have it and so don't expect you to not have those days because I have them and that means

you're gonna have them as well all right so what do you do on days when you just

do not want to work out I think number one first and foremost just go into it and say I'm not

going to have the best workout. That and it's funny but like I think we put a lot of

pressure on ourselves especially if you're somebody who like you want to see progress

and you're probably competitive with yourself and you want to lift more weight and you want to do more reps and

like it's fun to you know get stronger and see progress right right? I completely understand that.

What I would say though is like just taking that pressure off of yourself

and just saying like, hey, I'm probably not going to have a very good workout today and when I say a good workout stick with me because
