And Myra is somebody who is just an absolute savage and I'm honored to have her on the podcast and I'm really excited because

Myra when she joined her main goal was to build muscle her main goal is not to lose weight Her main goal was not to lose weight, her main goal is not to, you know,

lose body fat, her main goal was to build muscle. And she talks about why in the podcast, which

is, it's an incredible story and I'm super excited for you to listen to it but I feel like a lot of times people think like what we do in the clubhouse is only weight loss like it's only losing body fat's it's like no, we, like if your goal is to build muscle,

you know, and also even when you lose the weight at some point your goal is going to be to build muscle.

And so I'm so glad we're able to get Myra on the podcast

and have her share her story of like,

you know, talking about eating more food,

talking about not trying to be the skinniest version of herself,

talking about, you know, also and you'll hear talking about why she wants to build muscle, right?

She's had some things happen to her, you know, in her childhood that has like really pushed her to be not only strong and

not only build muscle but just be the healthiest version of her of herself that she can

possibly be and I think sometimes we we get so wrapped up in the aesthetics.

We get so wrapped up in building muscle, looking more tone, looking good on the beach,

which again is all fine.

But in this podcast, Myra really about like the health aspect of things and you know she uses a lot of this stuff to motivate her when she's not necessarily feeling like working out which even you know Myra's been in the clubhouse for over a year now and she

still has days where she doesn't want to go work out and she's not motivated but she talks about

some of her motivational strategies that she uses to get herself on the days that she's exhausted from, you know, working 12-hour shifts as an overnight nurse.
