And I was kind of coming up here and thinking about you know some of the topics I wanted to talk about today on the podcast and all of them were coming back to this one topic and I think it's not as sexy as maybe you know getting abs or you know building a

butt or you know looking better naked or whatever you know aesthetic thing that you may

think about but I want to make this podcast to you because I really

think it's important and listen I'm all for like you looking better or you know

you looking better naked or being more confident in yourself and having more

self-esteem and all these great things it's incredible and I'm not I'm not

telling you not to have those goals or not to chase those things I do think

that improves the quality of your life right now as well, right?

Future life, life right now, so on and so forth.

But I want, no matter who, no matter how old you are, I mean I'm only 27 as I'm recording this, right?

So no matter how old you are I do want you to be thinking

about longevity I do want you to be thinking about staying healthy as you age because

again whether you're 35 55 or 75 which by the way all of my work with all of those

people I think that really is the goal is you being able to maintain a certain quality of life throughout your entire life and trying to extend that

as much as humanly possible. I know you listening, whether it's your parents, whether it's

your aunt, your uncle, uncle your grandparents whoever it is you know maybe you've seen somebody that you know not really live a high quality of life you know maybe at age 60, you know, they were, you know, already,

you know, not able to be independent on their own or maybe they had some serious health

complications, whether it was just from lack of activity or whether it was from their
