Fitness Podcast. I sure do hope that you are doing super well. Today we got a podcast on five things that you want to avoid, five mistakes you want to avoid making in your workouts and I was trying to you

0:24.6

know I'm thinking of the biggest mistakes I see people make whether they're

0:28.8

advanced whether they're just beginning I'm also thinking about a lot of the things that when people come to us for

0:35.2

coaching, you know, things that they say they were doing differently and they weren't

0:38.7

doing before, they started doing when they first got on our program, that's why they're

0:41.9

seeing more results, all those things.

0:43.9

So I'm taking these five major things and putting them into your life so you can see better progress.

0:49.1

And a lot of these are based around like programming and designing your workouts.

0:53.8

flat dumbbell chest press for three sets of you know eight to ten reps and then they do push-ups for three sets of you know just as many

1:36.9

1:42.2

champagne press which you don't

1:44.0

with a champagne press it's like you're putting two dumbbells together and

1:47.4

doing like a chess press that way so like that was their that's their chess day

1:51.0

that's like their entire workout, right? Or we'll stick on that and then we'll go to, well I'll use glutes as the example next time. But let's just say that was your, you know, your workout for your chest. Essentially, a flat bar bell bench press,

2:04.9

a flat dumbbell bench press, a push up

2:07.5

and a flat dumbbell chest fly.

2:10.8

Essentially, that movement, all four of those exercises are the same exact thing.
