So the way I want to start talking about genetics is there are some things that

genetics do impact and there are some things that genetics don't impact. So when I was about 16 years old I remember I was getting ready for

the upcoming basketball season and of course as I'm sure you probably know

when you play sports in high school you have to get your you know your physical before

all the good things right so around this time is when I really started to like

get into weightlifting and I really started to like, you know, kind of push myself and kind of just get obsessed to be quite frank with you.

It's when I started to get obsessed with weightlifting. That's why it's been about 11 years. You know, I'm 27 right now and it's

been 11 years of just nothing but working out, fitness, nutrition, everything. So I loved it and I just, I couldn't, I mean, I couldn't get enough of it. I was so obsessed with getting stronger with trying to build more muscle with you know trying to in my sense like get bigger you know add on lean muscle mass and you know

build biceps build chest build legs whatever the case may be and so it was so fun for me it was something I enjoy it like I I'm smiling as I say this because I enjoy it so much to this day and I remember going into the doctor's office to get my yearly

physical it was myself and my mom and you know she was kind of like in the you know we

were just like in the waiting room just kind of you know doing whatever waiting for the

doctor to come in and this was a doctor that I had been not it was the same practice but a different doctor so I had not been with this doctor before.
